FSH-DS528, the latest large-scale, automatic liquid nitrogen bead dispensing system, has been launched by Guangzhou Ascend. This advanced system is equipped with intelligent-control precision pumps, automatic liquid nitrogen addition devices, robots, thermostats, and LN2 concentration detector devices.
FSH-DS528 can automatically dispense liquid reagents into liquid nitrogen for bead production. The system can also automatically harvest beads into bead trays for the next process, ensuring a seamless workflow. Furthermore, operator safety is ensured during bead production, with the ability to digitally set bead size on the system for easy product switching.
The automatic liquid nitrogen addition device monitors the LN2 concentration level and automatically feeds liquid nitrogen, eliminating the need for manual LN2 monitoring and addition.
